Forty-percent of the world’s population is dead.

After an unknown epidemic spread across the world like wildfire, billions died, and billions more were in horrible pain for weeks before they fought off the disease.

A fraction of the living population was reborn.

0.6 % of those infected manifested strange abilities, not unlike those read of in stories and seen in action movies. Only these “powers” are real, and terrifyingly dangerous.

The world is trying to understand, and survive, these potentially catastrophic changes.

Two groups of once ordinary men and women, after awaking from the near comatose state of the POWER epidemic, discover that they too have strange abilities. What each group will do with them, and what choices they will make are up to them.
